Bianca was originally trained as a surgical vet nurse, but after ongoing challenges balancing work and family life due to late night emergency operations, she decided she needed a different career path that highlighted her skills and was more family-friendly. Joining Smart Business Solutions in 2019 as an Administration Assistant, Bianca's sharp mind, attention to detail and eagerness to learn has seen her evolve into a qualified financial advisor.
For 12 years, Lachlan was stacking shelves at night at his local Woolworths in between working on his writing and music. Fast-forward three years he's completed a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping in addition to nearly completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree whilst working in his chosen field.
After completing secondary school, Zoe worked full-time as a barista. After the challenging effects of Covid-19 lockdowns on the hospitality industry, Zoe looked into career opportunities that could offer structure and a career pathway. The trainee position advertised at Smart Business Solutions was ideal, offering a Certificate III in Business whilst working on the job as an Administration Assistant. Zoe's mature approach and keenness to progress has led her into an Executive Assistant role for our financial planning team.
