Event Terms And Conditions

Our SKYBOTS AI & RPA workshop events are operated by SMART Business Solutions in collaboration with SkyBots Singapore, bringing together global expertise and practical application for business automation. These events involve many moving parts  -  from coordinating with Daryl Aw and the SkyBots Singapore team, to securing external venues, arranging catering, and ensuring all technical requirements are in place. To deliver a high-quality experience, we must operate these workshops as any other ticketed event. This means our refund and transfer policies are firm, ensuring that our significant operational costs and time commitments are covered.

• Attendees are responsible for reviewing the technical specifications provided on the event page and ensuring their equipment and setup meet those requirements. (See “Tech Specs” on event page for full list.)

Required tech includes, but is not limited to:

• Operating system:
  • Windows 10 or later
  • Mac (running a recent macOS version)
• Dual-core CPU 1.4 GHz+
• 64-bit processor
• Minimum 8 GB RAM 
• Approximately 15 GB available disk space
• Microsoft Excel installed
• Access to Google Sheets (via browser and Google account)
• ChatGPT and Claude AI set up and accessible
• Power Automate is no longer required
• Mac devices are supported
• Some older Mac models may not support certain native AI features; however, browser-based and app-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) will work as required for this session
• If you plan to use desktop AI apps (e.g. ChatGPT or Claude), please ensure these are installed and logged in prior to the session

If you can successfully access ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Sheets on your device ahead of time, your setup will be suitable.

It is the attendee’s responsibility to verify software, hardware, internet access, and permissions in advance.

The organisers are not liable for technical disruptions, device incompatibilities, or issues arising from unmet tech requirements.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund, less a 1.5% merchant processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee.
• For changes within 30 days of the event, you must source your own replacement candidate. 
• Substitutions must be arranged at least 5 days prior to the event. Event organisers require full name and email address of the substitute.

• All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
• While we will endeavour to accommodate all requests, changes submitted within 7 days of the event cannot be guaranteed.

• The organisers reserve the right to change the venue within the same city as advertised.
• If the event is cancelled by the organisers, registrants will receive a full refund.
