Our DISC Workshop offers invaluable insights into leadership dynamics for your team. During this 1.5-hour session, participants will engage in an interactive DISC Assessment to gain deeper insights into their own leadership preferences as well as those of their colleagues.

Prior to the workshop, we collaborate with you to understand your team's current standing and desired outcomes, tailoring the agenda accordingly.

Participants will depart with the ability to recognise various leadership styles among their peers and employees, armed with practical strategies to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
